Use the order—not a generic promise—to select the route

NUOAO's logistics coverage and order conditions support international reseller orders. The destination, route, product mix, quantity and current shipment conditions still need to be confirmed for each quotation.

Published windows are carrier-transit estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Keep preparation time separate and plan reseller inventory around the observed end-to-end cycle.

  • Confirm the complete destination
  • Ask which route is attached to the quotation
  • Separate preparation and carrier transit
  • Keep a delay and restocking buffer

United States and Puerto Rico

The current record contains several routes for the United States, with estimated carrier windows of 3–4, 5–7 or 10–12 days. Puerto Rico has the same recorded ranges, although some channels do not accept that destination.

These ranges are alternatives rather than simultaneous promises. The available route must be checked for the actual order and address.

  • United States — estimated 3–4, 5–7 or 10–12 days depending on route
  • Puerto Rico — estimated 3–4, 5–7 or 10–12 days; route acceptance must be checked

Canada, Latin America and suspended coverage

Transit planning differs materially across American destinations. A reseller should not use a short United States route as the replenishment benchmark for Brazil, Colombia or Mexico.

  • Canada — estimated 10–12 days
  • Mexico — estimated 15–20 days
  • Brazil — estimated 30–40 days
  • Colombia — estimated 30–40 days
  • Argentina — currently marked suspended and not presented as available

European destinations

The current record provides explicit windows for the United Kingdom, Germany and Russia. Other listed European destinations require a current estimate during quotation rather than inheriting a neighbouring country's timing.

  • United Kingdom — estimated 7–9 days
  • Germany — estimated 12–15 days
  • Russia — estimated 15–20 days
  • Coverage recorded without a published window: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden

Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa

Several Asia-Pacific markets have explicit estimates, while some Middle East routes require product and route-condition confirmation. Coverage must not be read as universal acceptance for every order.

  • Australia — estimated 5–8 days
  • New Zealand — estimated 3–4 days
  • Indonesia — estimated 12–15 days
  • Manila, Singapore and West Malaysia — estimated 4–5 days
  • East Malaysia — estimated 8–10 days
  • Thailand — estimated 7–10 days
  • United Arab Emirates and Qatar — estimated 10–12 days, subject to product and route review
  • Saudi Arabia, Oman and Kuwait — coverage recorded; current timing requires confirmation
  • South Africa — estimated 10–12 days

Worldwide shipping charge and order tiers

The current worldwide shipping charge is US$50. Orders of US$500 or more receive free shipping. Orders of US$2,000 or more receive 6% off plus free shipping, and orders of US$4,000 or more receive 10% off plus free shipping.

The applicable order value, discount and shipping treatment should be shown on the quotation before payment.

  • Worldwide shipping — US$50
  • US$500 or more — free shipping
  • US$2,000 or more — 6% off and free shipping
  • US$4,000 or more — 10% off and free shipping

What NUOAO provides around dispatch and tracking

Before dispatch, NUOAO provides a photo of the prepared shipment or parcel. After the logistics process begins, the available shipping label and tracking number are sent to the customer.

Enter the complete tracking number at 17track.net to view carrier events. A tracking number can exist before the first carrier scan appears, so contact the team with the order reference when an event remains unchanged.

  • Pre-dispatch parcel photo
  • Shipping label
  • Complete tracking number
  • Carrier-event lookup through 17TRACK
  • Order-specific follow-up when the first scan is delayed

Delayed, lost, missing, incorrect or damaged shipments

NUOAO reviews the available carrier and logistics evidence when a shipment is delayed or cannot be delivered. A shipment confirmed as lost is reshipped at no charge. Customs or clearance questions are coordinated case by case without guaranteeing that every parcel will clear or arrive within the shortest estimate.

Missing or incorrect items are replaced at no charge. Transit damage requires clear photos or video. Missing, incorrect or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery under the confirmed order terms.

  • Keep the order and tracking references
  • Confirm the address and recipient details
  • Provide photos or video where applicable
  • Report shortage, error or transit damage within 48 hours
  • Use independent testing when a specification dispute requires it
